GIANT Wedges from Manning Bar... I've put on 2kg's and I 'think' the wedges I have every week have got something to do with my extra weight... Yummmy brown carbohydrates vegetables drowned in non-saturated fat and finally dipped into sweet chilli sauce and sour cream. Its not as detrimental to health as burgers because it is a vegetable...

*pfft... hahaha. My Low density lipoprotein(LDL) levels are soaring. I'll need a new heart and a few arteries by 40.
